1. General Provisions

Personal Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate. If any details change (such as a mobile number or email address), kx98 must be notified immediately. kx98 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit and withdrawal services at kx98 are available through three popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions can be carried out quickly and securely through each of these three methods.

Deposit Terms

• Members must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transaction will be considered void.
• After a deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

Wagering Requirements

Additional Bonus Terms

• Each Member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Promotional offers may have specific expiry dates; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.

• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

Game Results

Disconnection

• Exploiting any technical error in a game or in betting.
• Involving minors in gambling or creating an account on behalf of a minor.
